Location: Hybrid (USA). Must spend at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or in the field.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a team of 7–8 engineers working on React, hirify.global proprietary technology, and AI backend services.
• Take end-to-end ownership of engineering delivery and technical outcomes for the ASOR platform.
• Define execution strategies, sprint cadence, and operating models to optimize velocity and collaboration.
• Partner with Product Managers and Functional Architects to shape the strategic roadmap and allocate resources.
• Mentor engineers through career development and cultivate a culture of accountability and psychological safety.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience directly managing and leading software development engineering teams.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, including architecting and scaling robust systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with LLMs, including their strengths and limitations.
• Background in modern web architectures, specifically React, microservices, and AI/ML platforms.
• Must be based in the USA.
