Salary: $95,000 - $245,000

What you will do

• Own overall program execution, ensuring targets for cost, schedule, and technical performance are met.
• Establish performance measurement baselines and develop resource allocation plans.
• Manage all program phases from inception to completion as the primary customer contact.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues while managing project opportunities.
• Coordinate win strategies and proposals to drive business growth.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of professional experience in project/program management within commercial or defense industries.
• Knowledge of EVMS, IMP/IMS, and Risk/Opportunity/Issue Management.
• Required to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
• Ability to travel as needed.
