What you will do

• Direct all phases of the program from inception to completion, including design, development, production, and sustainment.
• Develop and maintain the program integrated master schedule, ensuring all internal and external milestones are met.
• Manage contract budgets for labor, materials, travel, and purchased services, providing monthly status reports to senior management.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers to ensure a deep understanding of their mission and program requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program life cycle.
• Support growth initiatives by contributing to program bid and proposal activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program performance and management.
• Proven track record in managing complex aerospace or defense programs.
• Experience with earned value cost accounting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Must be a U.S. citizen to meet government contract requirements.
• Eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance (Active Secret clearance preferred).
