FP&A Associate Manager (Manufacturing Finance): Managing East Operations FP&A performance, EBITDA processes, forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting across supply, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing functions with an accent on operational finance, risk and opportunity assessment, and cost efficiency. Focus on coordinating complex bottom-up planning cycles, challenging P&L and savings data, and delivering performance insights to leadership.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; a work permit for the Netherlands is required

What you will do
- Manage and pilot East Operations FP&A performance, including run-rate projections, risks and opportunities, and expectation-versus-commitment tracking.
- Own the Operations EBITDA closing and visibility process, reviewing operational P&L, savings, cost-ins, inflation, one-offs, and price-volume-mix performance.
- Run and gatekeep monthly, annual operating plan, strategic plan, and zero-based budgeting financial processes.
- Set up monthly performance reviews and coordinate executive reporting decks for leadership.
- Coordinate bottom-up budgets and forecasts across supply, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial finance.
- Lead continuous improvement, benchmarking, restatement, and cost-efficiency optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of finance experience in FP&A, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, or commercial finance.
- Strong analytical and continuous improvement mindset with logical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and manage interactions with multiple stakeholders across functions and business units.
- Experience managing complex, transversal financial processes with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to provide a work permit to work in the Netherlands.
Nice to have
- Data management skills with Tableau, Power BI, SAP, Alteryx, or VBA.
