Procurement FP&A Analyst East

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. A work permit is required to work in the Netherlands.

hirify.global is a large FMCG and manufacturing company with a regional finance and procurement organization.

What you will do

• Coordinate the strategic plan, operating plan, monthly forecasting, and period close for procurement finance across the East Region.
• Establish reporting standards and improve reporting on productivity, payment terms, commodity inflation, and related metrics.
• Audit the Gross Savings KPI and continuously monitor the savings list.
• Prepare monthly business reviews and act as a knowledge center for procurement finance onboarding across business units.
• Lead the procurement finance cycle for the Poland business unit and partner with procurement and finance stakeholders.
• Assess procurement cost risks and opportunities, present findings to leadership and commercial teams, and recommend cost-reduction actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or controlling.
• Experience with ERP and business intelligence systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Power BI.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence working with large databases.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, critical thinking, prioritization, and continuous improvement skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and a work permit for the Netherlands are required.
