What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end MLR/PRC workflows from concept review to final approval.
  • Perform readiness assessments and ensure SOP compliance using pre-submission checklists.
  • Chair PRC/MLR meetings, capture decisions, and log action items.
  • Serve as the primary interface between reviewers, project owners, and agencies.
  • Generate compliance reports and analyze process metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and support documentation efforts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Medical Sciences).
  • 5+ years of experience in promotional review coordination, workflow management, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Veeva Vault PromoMats, SmartSheet, Power BI, and MS Office.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to handle high-volume multitasking with high attention to detail.
