Salary: $218,000–$340,000 USD

What you will do

• Build predictive maintenance models to forecast component reliability and wear-and-tear.
• Analyze fleet telemetry to define golden signals for RaaS deployments and unit economics.
• Develop root-cause and anomaly detection tooling to accelerate engineering diagnostics.
• Create feedback loops between manufacturing quality data and field performance.
• Define data instrumentation strategies and experimentation frameworks for fleet-wide software rollouts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science or statistical modeling for real-world problems.
• Deep expertise in reliability analysis, time-series, anomaly detection, or predictive maintenance.
• Strong software fundamentals with production-quality Python and SQL.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical lead or senior IC on cross-functional efforts.
• Must have current authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior work in robotics, autonomous systems, or industrial manufacturing.
• Familiarity with RaaS unit economics or SRE-style operational metrics.
• Experience with manufacturing quality systems and yield analytics.
