Salary: $150,000 – $225,000 + Equity.

What you will do

• Build bleeding-edge agentic analytics tools to bring clarity to real-world data.
• Define and measure AI impact to guide product prioritization and growth strategy.
• Develop and deploy production-grade predictive models for forecasting, segmentation, and propensity scoring.
• Ship customer-facing analytics that demonstrate the value of foundational AI to enterprise clients.
• Design and execute A/B tests and causal inference studies to inform go-to-market decisions.
• Own analytical work end-to-end, from framing business questions to shipping production results.

Requirements

• Strong command of SQL, Python, and Git.
• Expertise in statistical inference, experimental design, and predictive modeling.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business questions into rigorous analytical problems.
• Experience deploying production models beyond notebook-based analysis.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and managing multiple workstreams across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to distill insights into actionable narratives.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as BigQuery, dbt, Looker, or Airflow.
• Deep interest in AI research and industry trends.
