Salary: $170,000 – $210,000 base + Equity

What you will do

• Define business problems and hypotheses before performing data analysis to ensure actionable results.
• Develop metrics, build reports, and design experiments to move key business KPIs.
• Partner with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to drive strategic outcomes.
• Own the analytical function end-to-end for a specific business unit (Growth, Product, AI, or Partnerships).
• Translate complex findings into persuasive recommendations for leadership to influence company trajectory.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or at a high-growth technology company.
• Must currently reside in the specified US states or Ontario, Canada.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for independent data extraction and interpretation.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level.
