Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly

What you will do

• Consolidate and analyze global Overhead/SG&A costs for Universal Entertainment.
• Manage major forecast cycles including Estimates, Long Range Plans, and Budgets.
• Collaborate with business unit Finance teams to ensure coordinated processes and reporting.
• Build analytical tools and executive dashboards to support pacing and estimate processes.
• Partner with CFOs on special projects, cost initiatives, and workforce planning.
• Conduct quarterly headcount analysis and maintain data integrity in financial systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional Finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 4 days per week in the Universal City office.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse business units.
