Senior Financial Analyst (Finance): Providing strategic financial partnership and analytical support to GROE and HQ Sales Operations with an accent on world-wide consolidated OPEX planning for the GTM Sales organization. Focus on leading OPEX analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and creating scalable reporting solutions to support executive decision-making.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in and report to one of the following offices 3 days a week: San Jose, CA; Raleigh, NC; or Vienna, VA

Salary: $129,200 - $175,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead OPEX analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting to identify cost drivers, trends, and risks.
• Develop financial models, reporting packages, and dashboards to improve visibility into operating expenses and forecast accuracy.
• Serve as a trusted finance business partner to functional leaders, communicating performance and actionable recommendations.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accrual reviews and actuals analysis.
• Identify opportunities to streamline planning and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Collaborate with the Finance Center of Excellence and cross-functional team resources.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of related financial experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle Cloud, and Hyperion.
• Strong experience in operating expense (OPEX) management and variance reporting.
• Ability to translate financial results into clear insights for executive decision-making.
• Must be able to work from the office 3 days a week in San Jose, CA; Raleigh, NC; or Vienna, VA.
