People Partner (Cloud)

TL;DR

People Partner (HR/Cloud): Strategic partnership with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders to optimize organizational health and scale people practices with an accent on manager enablement and team dynamics. Focus on diagnosing org health patterns, designing end-to-end people programs, and leveraging AI to increase productivity.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (~3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Partner with EPD leaders as a trusted advisor on organizational health, team dynamics, and performance.
• Integrate AI tools to automate scheduling, research, and communications to increase strategic velocity.
• Diagnose organizational health patterns using survey data and 1:1 signals to create prioritized action plans.
• Design and execute end-to-end people programs, including manager enablement and onboarding.
• Coach executive leaders through growth, reorganizations, and performance management conversations.
• Build and scale manager training and community initiatives to create leverage across the company.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner supporting engineering or product leaders.
• AI-forward mindset with a drive to integrate AI tools into daily workflows.
• Proven track record of designing and measuring the impact of people programs.
• Strong critical thinking skills to distinguish root causes from symptoms and prioritize high-leverage actions.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for senior leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office (hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting teams through hyper-scale growth (3x+).
• Background in designing manager enablement or engagement survey programs.
• Experience operating in both early-stage and more scaled organizations.
