What you will do

• Lead improvements for data and automation using Tableau and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
• Create and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards, recurring reports, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Software/IT teams and vendors to integrate diverse data solutions.
• Analyze business trends to identify improvement strategies for reporting and automation.
• Design governance standards for quality checks, version control, and documentation.
• Manage the QC process to ensure consistent evaluation of reports, invoices, and reconciliations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a business or data analyst.
• Proven success with data manipulation and visualization tools like Tableau and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to create and maintain complex SQL queries in Redshift or Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (VBA, PowerQuery, Index/Match).
• Experience managing projects and influencing stakeholders to determine effective solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline (engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming).
• 1+ year experience with call center technologies (IVR, call routing, call tracking, WFO).
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or NodeJS.
• Tableau certification.
