What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reporting tools for organizational metrics.
• Analyze workforce trends and present clear, actionable recommendations to HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Automate manual, spreadsheet-based reporting processes into scalable self-service solutions.
• Audit organizational data and maintain data accuracy, consistency, reliability, and governance.
• Translate business questions from Talent, Compensation, Operations, and business leadership into analytical requirements.
• Lead recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses of organizational risks, opportunities, and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or web analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or similar data manipulation languages.
• Expert-level Excel skills.
• Proven experience creating visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of data governance and data collection and cleansing processes.
• Consultative communication skills and the ability to teach non-technical audiences how to interpret data.
