What you will do

  • Design, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards for real-time visibility into organizational metrics.
  • Translate complex workforce trends into clear presentations and actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders.
  • Automate manual, spreadsheet-based reporting processes to create scalable, self-service solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and robust governance practices.
  • Partner with Talent, Compensation, and Operations teams to translate business questions into analytical requirements.
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep-dives into specific organizational risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Web Analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Expert-level skills in Excel.
  • Proven experience building high-impact visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
