What you will do

• Lead hourly associates in receiving, storage, and shipping operations to meet and exceed productivity and quality goals.
• Manage the accurate and timely unloading and put-away of containers to ensure zero additional charges.
• Conduct orientation, training, and performance assessments for team members.
• Foster a positive work environment through open communication and trust-building.
• Maintain documentation for tracking attendance, efficiency, behavior, and safety.
• Analyze operational data and associate feedback to drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Associate Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and time-keeping software solutions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends if required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Reno, NV.
