Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of 30+ warehouse associates, including temporary staff and FTEs.
• Analyze weekly work forecasts to identify productivity requirements and balance labor for efficient shifts.
• Own operational metric reporting (VCPO, UPH, OPH, merchant SLAs) and implement solutions to maintain standards.
• Ensure team members are properly trained on procedures and provide ongoing coaching and accountability.
• Foster employee engagement onsite through activities and programs that contribute to a positive culture.
• Supervise daily workflows and support all safety programs to ensure full OSHA compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of people management and operational leadership experience within a high-volume 3PL fulfillment environment.
• Preferred experience in ecommerce, retail, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and achieving KPIs using PowerBI, Excel, and TMS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk continuously during 8-10 hour shifts.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and non-traditional hours, specifically the 3rd shift (7:30 PM - 4:00 AM).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity.
