Senior Manager, Global Environmental Health & Safety (AI Infrastructure)

Location: San Jose, California, United States

Base salary: $180,000–$230,000 USD annually, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and continuously evolve the global Environmental Health & Safety strategy, policies, governance, standards, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international EH&S regulations, including support for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments, hazard identification, incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement.
• Develop site-specific emergency response plans and lead emergency response teams, drills, exercises, and readiness assessments across global offices and laboratories.
• Partner with Safety & Security, Facilities, Legal, HR, Real Estate & Workplace, and business leaders on crisis management, workplace safety, and operational resilience.
• Build vendor partnerships, manage EH&S budgets, and deliver global safety, preparedness, and crisis management training.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Environmental Health & Safety leadership experience in technology, semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or a similarly regulated environment.
• Experience developing and managing global EH&S programs across multiple locations and scaling programs in high-growth organizations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, risk management, incident investigation, and corrective action methodologies.
• Experience supporting engineering laboratories, hardware development environments, or related technical operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in emergency preparedness, business continuity, crisis management, response planning, drills, and exercises.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills; a bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
