What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure optimal buying and supplier management.
• Analyze supplier quotations, propose optimization strategies, and lead negotiations.
• Manage supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with data security and organizational standards.
• Perform administrative tasks within procurement systems and maintain supplier records.
• Support Procurement Category Managers on strategic projects and business initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder and supplier interaction.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prior hands-on experience via internship or placement in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Must have existing right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
