Procurement Specialist (IoT)

Location: Mississauga, Canada — Meadowvale Office (HQ), hybrid

What you will do

• Partner with internal business units to define procurement requirements and delivery specifications.
• Manage the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing and acquiring goods and services.
• Prepare pricing and service options, savings analyses, supplier comparisons, and solution recommendations.
• Build supplier relationships, conduct market research, and negotiate prices, terms, conditions, delivery specifications, and services.
• Coordinate with accounting on invoice payments and with legal on contracts supporting purchasing decisions.
• Create purchase orders and corporate credit-card expense reports, and manage or supervise facilities contractors when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and accomplishments.
• 2–3 years of procurement experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, reasoning, analytical, commercial, and business skills.
