What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle for assigned indirect spend categories and execute category strategies.
• Lead competitive sourcing events (RFx), including scoping, bidder management, and proposal analysis.
• Conduct commercial negotiations with vendors to optimize pricing, terms, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Finance, Information Security, and Legal to facilitate risk reviews and contract execution.
• Identify and report on savings and value-add opportunities from procurement activities.
• Manage purchase order approvals in NetSuite, ensuring alignment with negotiated agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years focused on purchasing or procurement.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• English: C1 level (excellent verbal and written communication) required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
• Experience with NetSuite or similar mature ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
