Procurement Analyst

Location: Philippines; remote work model

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned indirect procurement categories and projects.
• Lead competitive sourcing events, including requirements gathering, bidder management, proposal analysis, and recommendations.
• Conduct vendor negotiations to optimize pricing, commercial terms, and service levels.
• Coordinate with Finance, Information Security, Legal, IT, and senior leadership on risk reviews, contracts, and procurement strategy.
• Track and report savings, spend trends, procurement initiatives, and project status.
• Approve purchase orders in NetSuite or a comparable ERP system and drive procurement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field is desired.
• At least five years of professional experience, including three years focused on purchasing, procurement, or sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial modeling, opportunity cost analysis, and end-to-end competitive bidding across multiple spend categories.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and NetSuite or a comparable ERP system such as SAP or Oracle; excellent English communication skills are required.
