What you will do

• Manage and develop the procurement team, handling workload distribution, coaching, and performance.
• Execute PO and procurement workflows using Jira and NetSuite, and evaluate future tooling upgrades.
• Establish a formalized vendor review process including onboarding, risk assessment, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with InfoSec and Legal to create requirements-based review paths for different purchase types.
• Document procurement workflows and implement continuous improvement for PO and vendor billing practices.
• Report procurement metrics and process health to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• 2+ years of experience in a people management role.
• Experience building or maturing vendor review and risk processes in partnership with Legal or InfoSec.
• Proven ability to translate high-level strategy into concrete team execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, IT, and Legal functions.
• Location: Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Background in IT and technology vendor procurement.
• Experience with procurement system migrations or tooling RFPs.
• Knowledge of risk-tiered vendor review frameworks.
• Experience supporting compliance audits such as SOC 2.
