What you will do

• Lead sourcing research: market analysis, supplier identification, and category assessments.
• Coordinate RFQ/RFP activities, including supplier communications, response tracking, and evaluation support.
• Build market intelligence and should-cost models to support sourcing strategies and negotiations.
• Maintain SAP supplier master data and support supplier data governance standards.
• Support Ariba system administration and data governance activities.
• Monitor supplier performance and supply continuity risks; support dual sourcing and strategic inventory planning.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating RFQ/RFP, supplier research, and market analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP (MM/purchasing and logistics modules); SAP Ariba experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to create executive-level analyses and presentations.
• Ability to work seated for extended periods of time.
