What you will do

• Conduct individual and group alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive records.
• Perform intake/readmission services and provide crisis intervention.
• Coordinate care with community providers and manage necessary referrals.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Provide in-service training to staff and participate in community relations activities.

Requirements

• Must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in human services.
• Must possess current counseling credentials (CADC).
• Knowledge of substance abuse populations, treatment planning, and human social services.
• Ability to make sound judgments with confidential and sensitive information.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Davenport, IA.
