What you will do

• Lead the global Financial Controls function and drive a significant ICFR controls programme uplift.
• Shape the future operating model for financial controls and the long-term capability of the global Finance organization.
• Embed controls by design into processes, systems, and technologies.
• Leverage automation, analytics, and AI to create a more intelligent, efficient, and scalable controls environment.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Finance, Technology, and Risk to strengthen governance and reporting confidence.
• Provide strategic leadership to ensure the continued effectiveness and maturity of the ICFR control environment.

Requirements

• Experience leading geographically-spread teams in a complex, global company.
• Proven track record of leading controls implementation projects.
• Professional audit/accountancy background and relevant qualifications.
• Deep understanding of internal control environments, specifically experience with SOX-style regimes.
• Must be based in or be able to work in London (Hybrid)
