Financial Planning & Analysis Manager – Group Corporate Treasury

Location: London or Leeds, UK; hybrid working with at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office site

Salary: £57,150–£63,500 per year

What you will do

• Prepare and report Group Corporate Treasury financial results, including forecasts and actuals.
• Track budgets, identify variances, and explain financial movements to senior stakeholders.
• Analyse how systems and data sources feed into Profit & Loss reporting.
• Support stress testing and assess how different scenarios affect the business.
• Translate complex financial information into clear messages for non-finance stakeholders.
• Improve financial reporting processes and systems using Power Apps, AI, and automation.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant.
• At least three years of experience in a similar finance-based role.
• Understanding or background in Treasury.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to work in the London or Leeds hybrid office pattern.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Group Corporate Treasury’s role and activities.
• IFRS 9 accounting experience or knowledge.
