What you will do

• Own the monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reporting for European operating entities.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and lead audit coordination with external auditors and local bookkeepers.
• Reconcile local statutory books to the group NetSuite ledger and resolve GAAP/currency translation differences.
• Manage intercompany recharges, settlements, and reconciliations across the European perimeter.
• Contribute to finance automation and AI initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with tax, treasury, and controllership teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong background in statutory accounting with experience owning multiple legal entities.
• Familiarity with European local-GAAP reporting frameworks.
• Experience with major ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven track record in managing external audits and third-party accountant relationships.
• Must be based in London for this onsite role.
