TL;DR
AI Engineer (SaaS): Building and scaling agentic decision intelligence systems for enterprises with an accent on grounding agents in business data and multi-agent orchestration. Focus on improving evaluation frameworks, reducing latency, and ensuring production-grade reliability at enterprise scale.
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in office) in Madrid, Barcelona, or Munich. Must have the legal right to work in Spain or Germany.

What you will do
- Design and implement complex features including multi-agent orchestration, context/memory, and tool use.
- Build production-grade systems using async, typed Python.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to monitor and improve latency and reliability in production.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Backend teams on system architecture and exchange protocols.
- Mentor junior engineers on Python engineering practices and ML standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software or ML engineering.
- Expertise in production-grade, async, typed Python.
- Experience building and scaling LLM-based agentic systems.
- Legal right to work in Spain or Germany.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives from design to implementation.
