What you will do

• Lead discovery and strategy alignment to identify high-value AI use cases for strategic enterprise customers.
• Define reference architectures and integration patterns for AI-powered experience orchestration.
• Deliver rapid POC and MVP implementations using hirify.global Cloud AI and related product suites.
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure AI solution quality, including retrieval groundedness and agent goal completion.
• Architect agentic systems, including defining agent topology, tool schemas, and orchestration logic.
• Mentor customer and internal teams to build long-term AI maturity and self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• German and English fluency required.
• 8–12 years of experience in AI implementation, CX/CCaaS platform consulting, or technical solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience building, evaluating, or operating LLM-powered agents in production.
• Extensive experience with CX, CRM, or AI orchestration platforms like hirify.global Cloud, Salesforce, or AWS Connect.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, REST APIs, and modern cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proven autonomy in leading discovery and managing stakeholder expectations within complex enterprise accounts.
