What you will do

• Architect end-to-end agentic workflows using LangGraph to solve complex business problems.
• Implement reusable skills, tools, and agents, ensuring maintainability and testability.
• Integrate and optimize multiple LLM providers for latency, cost, and output quality.
• Develop evaluation strategies, datasets, and metrics to validate agent behavior and measure regression.
• Design typed schemas using Pydantic for reliable data flows and tool contracts.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate requirements into robust AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Python development with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building production systems with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven experience with LangGraph or similar agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of evaluation methodologies for LLM/agent quality.
• Ability to decompose ambiguous business problems into scalable technical designs.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLM observability tools like Langfuse or LangSmith.
• Background with vector databases and RAG patterns.
• Production experience with async Python (asyncio).
• Experience with Azure deployment and cloud-native architectures.
