AI/ML Engineer (Synthetic Data): Building and deploying production models for survey augmentation, audience profiling, and agentic insights with an accent on synthetic data generation and LLM fine-tuning. Location: Preferred base in Prague, Czechia. Remote work from Spain or the UK is also possible.

What you will do

• Design, train, and deploy production augmentation and profile models from experiment to production.
• Innovate on survey response simulation using open-weights LLMs and custom architectures.
• Implement fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA and distillation to optimize model performance.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to maintain the integrity of statistical testing and experiment frameworks.
• Utilize AI-native engineering tools, including Claude Code and agentic programming, to accelerate development.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and a solid foundation in mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
• Experience with traditional machine learning tools and techniques, such as SVM and gradient boosting.
• Deep understanding of LLM architecture and practical experience with fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to own technical conclusions and comfortably shape product outcomes.
• Must be based in or able to work from Czechia, Spain, or the UK.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Java.
• Experience working with Databricks.
