What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise-wide procurement strategy aligned with organizational growth and risk mitigation.
• Transform procurement, licensing, and fulfillment functions into standardized, scalable, and data-driven operations.
• Own procurement-related gross margin performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Design and oversee centralized software licensing management, including reconciliation and customer billing.
• Lead end-to-end hardware procurement, inventory management, forecasting, and fulfillment operations.
• Serve as the executive relationship owner for key technology vendors, negotiating pricing and strategic agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive procurement experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or complex technology-driven environment.
• Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and software licensing.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing margins and analyzing profitability.
• Must be based in Tampa, FL.
