What you will do

• Build and optimize ML models and robust feature pipelines based on real business metrics.
• Design and ship agentic systems utilizing tool use, function calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Deploy and operate model services in production, optimizing for cost and latency via caching and quantization.
• Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks, including LLM-as-judge and regression suites.
• Collaborate on transitioning research prototypes into reliable, observable production workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience designing and deploying ML or data systems in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, specifically with NumPy and pandas.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications and agentic architectures (RAG, planning workflows).
• Experience with data tooling such as SQL, dbt, and Snowflake or Databricks.
• MSc or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom to align with office and benefits structures.
