Expert AI Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems across Data Science and AI Engineering domains.
• Architect scalable AI pipelines and LLM-driven applications, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and multi-agent systems.
• Serve as the technical authority during client engagements to ensure architecture quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Apply MLOps and LLMOps best practices for CI/CD, observability, evaluation, and continuous improvement of models.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms such as Confluence, Jira, GitHub, CRM, and ERP.
• Mentor engineering peers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing through the AI Academy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software or AI engineering, with 3–4 years of hands-on AI/ML solution design.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Deep understanding of probability, statistics, and the mathematical foundations of machine learning.
• Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal architectures, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with cloud-native AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI.

Nice to have

• Background in software or solution architecture.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in Big Data and streaming frameworks like Apache Spark, Kafka, or Flink.
• Familiarity with NoSQL and graph databases (e.g., Cassandra, Neo4j).
• Professional certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML services.
