What you will do

• Develop a "Super Agent" advisor that guides users from questions to decisions through natural dialogue.
• Build production LLM systems at enterprise scale, focusing on reliability and latency.
• Coordinate multi-agent workflows and ground agents in structured business data.
• Design and improve models, pipelines, and experimentation frameworks.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and customers to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor teammates for senior and principal levels.

Requirements

• Relevant experience: 4-6+ years for Senior/Lead or 7+ years for Principal levels.
• Strong background at the intersection of business, analytics, and AI.
• Ability to iterate fast, balancing cutting-edge techniques with scalable solutions.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional work with product and business stakeholders.
• Startup mindset: proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and hands-on.
• Legal right to work in Spain or Germany.
