TL;DR
Mid AI/ML Engineers (AI/ML): Building and scaling production-ready machine learning systems, LLM integrations, and end-to-end pipelines for an enterprise decision intelligence platform with an accent on APIs, infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring. Focus on productizing AI models, designing scalable ML pipelines, and developing shared tools and libraries used by AI teams.
Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Barcelona, or Munich; two days per week in the office. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Spain or Germany.

What you will do
- Build and maintain end-to-end ML systems and pipelines from data and modeling through deployment and monitoring.
- Productize AI/ML models and LLMs through APIs, infrastructure, testing, CI/CD, and versioning.
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for production environments.
- Develop APIs, tools, libraries, and cloud and LLM infrastructure used by more than 100 AI team members.
- Monitor production systems and collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver AI solutions.
- Present results, explain technical trade-offs, identify opportunities, and mentor junior team members on technical topics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Solid AI/ML fundamentals and strong Python skills.
- Experience with APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud technologies.
- Experience building reliable, scalable, production-ready ML systems and pipelines.
- Legal right to work in Spain or Germany.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
