What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Command Center operators across multiple shifts and locations.
• Oversee lane monitoring, L2 triage, and critical incident responses while balancing operational risk with business objectives.
• Design and direct shift briefings to communicate software changes and operational updates.
• Track and report KPIs for business reviews to drive efficiency and program success.
• Develop team members' individual strengths to ensure growth for scaled operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key company initiatives within the Command Center.

Requirements

• 2+ years of people leadership focusing on growth and development.
• Experience staffing and planning an hourly workforce in a 24/7 dynamic environment.
• Deep understanding of Command Center functions including remote assistance, dispatch, and mission control.
• Proficiency in incident management and experience in high-risk operational environments.
• Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations as they pertain to remote fleet operations.
• Must be based in or near Dallas/Coppell, Texas to support a hybrid work schedule.

Nice to have

• College degree or advanced certificate in an engineering or technical trade.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Ability to lead operations independently with minimal supervision.
