What you will do

• Architect and deliver scalable, secure backend and frontend systems for a global compliance platform.
• Lead technical design discussions and influence architectural decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Embed AI-assisted coding, testing, and documentation into daily development workflows.
• Deliver AI-enabled product features focusing on automation and customer-facing intelligence.
• Improve deployment frequency and code quality through CI/CD and engineering best practices.
• Raise team performance standards through active mentoring and peer feedback.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering with 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building scalable APIs with Java or .NET (C#) and frontend applications with React (TypeScript).
• Expertise in distributed systems, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and high availability engineering.
• Proficiency with AWS, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven impact implementing LLMs, agentic AI systems (LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.), and RAG.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

• Experience with Azure or GCP.
