What you will do

• Define end-to-end AI solution architectures for large-scale customer programs.
• Design complex integrations between hirify.global Cloud, AI services, and enterprise applications.
• Serve as the primary technical authority and trusted advisor for assigned customer engagements.
• Lead architecture workshops and design sessions with senior technical stakeholders.
• Establish standards for scalability, resilience, and security across AI deployments.
• Contribute to the development of reusable reference architectures and mentor internal teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting.
• 3+ years of focused experience in AI or conversational/CX platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with hirify.global Cloud or similar CCaaS/CPaaS platforms.
• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions like virtual agents or LLM-based copilots in production.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API integration patterns.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences.
