What you will do

• Scope and execute AI agent deployments while providing strategic technical advice to customers.
• Design precise LLM prompts and conversational flows to ensure reliable, brand-aligned behavior.
• Configure integrations between customer systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing) and the hirify.global platform using APIs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to solve complex custom integration challenges.
• Validate AI agent performance and quality through structured testing approaches.
• Document best practices and product capabilities for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles with expertise in AI agent development.
• Proven proficiency in advanced prompting strategies like chain-of-thought and few-shot learning.
• Strong technical knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and authentication patterns like OAuth.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data transformation and enterprise system integration.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing methods for AI performance.
• Familiarity with voice output optimization (SSML, Lexicons, Regex).
