What you will do

• Serve as the embedded technical partner and team lead for value stream Product Owners, providing guidance on agent design and model selection.
• Set the technical direction for building and governing AI agents, establishing standards and guardrails that scale across the organization.
• Lead a team of engineers focused on API and agentic architecture while serving as the lead architect for the AI platform.
• Assess new releases and integration options across enterprise AI platforms like Claude, Copilot, and Agentforce.
• Represent the technical platform in Steering Committee discussions and PI Planning to ground decisions in architectural reality.
• Mentor and upskill practitioners across the organization to foster AI development capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks in an enterprise context.
• Demonstrated fluency in building prompts, working with multiple LLM APIs, and implementing AI in real workflows.
• Experience with agentic workflow design and MCP server architecture literacy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical recommendations to executive audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, or IBM Watson Orchestrate.
