Location: Hybrid (3 days in North Tel Aviv office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend solutions and architecture.
• Lead architecture discussions and drive key technical decision-making.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex features and AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and cross-functional teams to improve system performance and security.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects or serving as a Tech Lead.
• Strong system design and architectural skills.
• Experience building distributed, cloud-based systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multiple teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tel Aviv office (Hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, LLMs, or Agentic Systems.
