What you will do

• Lead discovery and solution shaping for GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives, working directly with client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into validated AI designs covering model strategy, orchestration, and integration patterns.
• Build rapid proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and technical spikes to validate architectural assumptions using real systems and data.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration tools.
• Collaborate with delivery teams through MVP or first production release to ensure alignment with expected outcomes.
• Convert field learnings into reusable assets, including solution blueprints and service accelerators.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in software design and engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience architecting GenAI or agentic AI systems using ecosystems like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock.
• Deep understanding of RAG, LLM orchestration, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and its AI/ML services.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Field Engineer, or Solution Architect.
• Experience with traditional AI/ML systems, MLOps, and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
• Industry-recognized cloud and AI certifications (Anthropic, AWS, Azure, or Google).
