What you will do

• Own the day-to-day reliability of the production platform involving EKS, ArgoCD, and AWS.
• Implement progressive delivery and clean rollback paths using Argo Rollouts.
• Develop internal developer tools (CLIs, dev environments, per-PR previews) treated as products.
• Automate low-risk workflows and reduce operational toil using modern AI tools.
• Drive lifecycle upgrades for application runtimes (Node.js, Python), Kubernetes, EKS, and Terraform.
• Optimize platform economics by managing Datadog visibility and AWS cloud spend.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as an Infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps Engineer.
• Hands-on experience operating production Kubernetes at scale (EKS, GKE, or AKS) with Helm and KEDA.
• Deep expertise in AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, SQS, ECR, ALBs) and strong Terraform skills.
• Experience with GitOps via ArgoCD and production CI/CD using GitHub Actions.
• Ability to read and modify TypeScript, Node.js, and Python services.
• Proficiency with observability stacks like DataDog and Sentry.

Nice to have

• Open source contributions, technical blog, or conference talks.
• Experience as a hirify.global user or familiarity with social media management tools.
• Fluent use of modern AI tools for debugging and documentation.
