Salary: $185,000–$280,000+ (depending on level) plus equity.

What you will do

• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP, including Kubernetes, networking, and databases.
• Scale single-tenant deployments to support enterprise customers with distinct compliance and data requirements.
• Build observability and incident response practices, including proactive monitoring and SLA tracking.
• Drive security and compliance operations, including SOC 2 and NIST AI framework adherence.
• Manage infrastructure costs and capacity planning across multiple inference providers.
• Improve developer experience through CI/CD performance and local development tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering experience.
• Solid Terraform experience as the primary IaC layer.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise, including production cluster operations and debugging.
• Experience with AWS (primary) and GCP (plus).
• Fluency in GitOps and CI/CD tools like Argo CD or GitHub Actions.
• Enthusiastic practitioner of AI-native workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) for infrastructure tasks.
