What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Administer and maintain production Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Implement observability and monitoring solutions, specifically using Datadog.
• Improve platform tooling and deployment workflows to support engineering productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and contribute to architectural planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Extensive experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS production environments and Terraform.
• Production experience with Kubernetes administration and containerization.
• Experience implementing observability practices with Datadog.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline management, preferably with GitHub Actions.

Nice to have

• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with internal developer enablement and operational maturity initiatives.
• Experience with Jenkins or ArgoCD.
