What you will do
- Design and maintain REST API integrations between Five9, AI solutions, and internal applications.
- Configure and optimize Five9 dialer campaigns, call routing, IVRs, and workflow automation.
- Lead technical implementation of telephony and AI initiatives, including platform migrations.
- Partner with Information Security and Compliance teams to support SOX controls and risk assessments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SIP trunking, carrier connectivity, and telephony infrastructure.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for system architecture and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 4+ years of experience in contact center technology, systems engineering, or telephony platforms.
- Proven experience administering Five9 or similar enterprise CCaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with low-code automation tools or scripting (JavaScript/Python) for API interaction.
- Working knowledge of SIP trunking, telephony infrastructure, and carrier connectivity.
- Experience navigating security reviews and technical compliance requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing AI or automation solutions within a contact center.
- Experience with Five9 APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
- Experience supporting healthcare or other regulated environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, or additional scripting languages.
