Location: Remote (Perth, Australia / Asia team)

What you will do
- Deploy and configure software installations and perform system testing for AI solutions.
- Build, configure, and manage Ubuntu Linux enterprise systems remotely.
- Design and implement integrations using RESTful APIs and HL7 messaging standards.
- Provide L2 and L3 technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing complex customer issues.
- Collaborate with customers to validate solution architecture and align with workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation and manage customer cases professionally.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare informatics or medical imaging informatics technologies.
- Proven experience installing and maintaining Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in configuration and scripting using Bash or Python.
- Strong knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, and general networking concepts.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Nice to have
- Degree in Computer Science, healthcare, or informatics.
- Experience with HL7, DICOM, PACS, EHR, and/or RIS standards.
- AWS and VMWare certifications.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
