What you will do

• Support and scale a rapidly expanding global infrastructure environment.
• Operate mission-critical systems alongside a strong technical team.
• Maintain periodic on-site presence at data centers and travel as needed to support physical infrastructure.
• Deliver complex projects end-to-end with autonomous troubleshooting and resolution.
• Partner with software, hardware, and network engineering teams to provide necessary tools and visualizations.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years or Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with system engineering in an enterprise-level, highly integrated IT environment.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or Powershell.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management (Ansible, Terraform), and container technology (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, storage administration, and identity management.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level systems infrastructure.
• High-Performance Computing (HPC) experience with Cisco UCS.
