What you will do

• Design and manage endpoint platforms using Intune, Kandji, and Fleet for mixed macOS and Windows fleets.
• Implement automated provisioning workflows using Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
• Administer EDR/XDR platforms including CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, and Microsoft Defender.
• Manage vulnerability exposure and drive remediation SLAs across customer environments.
• Lead alert triage and investigation workflows in partnership with security teams.
• Own the endpoint and security tooling roadmap, making data-driven architecture decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or IT infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in MDM platforms (Intune, Kandji, Fleet) and EDR/XDR platforms (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Defender).
• Must be based in the U.S. to work within the Virtual Operating Center.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with identity platforms like Okta or Entra ID.
• Proven ability to present technical strategy and tradeoffs to leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform.
• Knowledge of endpoint analytics tools like Nexthink.
• Experience leading platform migrations or consolidations.
