What you will do

• Act as an internal liaison for billing, deal strategy, legal, and security requests to ensure resolution.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process by coordinating with Deal Desk, Contracts, and Pre-Sales teams.
• Develop and execute pricing and deal structures using internal pricing tools.
• Create and manage Order Forms and CPQ workflows to generate customer-facing quotes.
• Conduct background account research and prepare materials for sales meetings.
• Maintain team-level trackers to identify and resolve cross-functional challenges.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, Deal Desk, or customer success/account management.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce CRM.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Extreme attention to detail in written and verbal communications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CPaaS and telecom industries.
• Experience working with Tableau or Looker.
